Fire & Safety Policy

For the safety of our workers, we have improved workplace conditions, setup noticeable warning
signs in the local language, enforced the usage of safety equipments and built awareness among
the workforce. The workplace has clearly marked emergency exits & equipments.
Moreover, we have trained fire fighting team who are fully equipped for handling any disaster.

We have an experience 100% qualified sample team who are capable in making any kind of sample
as per buyer requirements.

Medical Facility

We provide medical support to our workers. We have full time medical officer and nurse available
for the treatment of our workers. We have made also an agreement with one clinic for providing the
medical support to our workers.

Drinking Water

We provide mineral drinking water for all the workers and staff which is tested and certified by
authenticate authority.

Quality Control Team

We have highly capable quality assurance team who are emphasizing testing of products to uncover
defects and reporting to management immediately to make the decision to allow or deny product
release. They always attempts to improve and stabilize production and associated processes to avoid
of at least minimize issues which led to the defect’s in the first place.

Merchandising Team

We have highly experienced and capable Merchandising team who are effectively communicating with
the buyers. They also sourcing materials and accessories, monitor the production as well as quality,
planning & controlling for on time shipment.

HR & Admin

We have established HR & Admin unit with qualified staff who are capable in handling a wide range of
HR that includes recruitment, performance evaluation etc.

Day Care Center

In our factory we have introduced a child care center for the workers. The day care center is more than
just a place where children are looked after. It is rather an ideal place for education, learning and
entertainment of the kids. We ensure their safety and security along with providing an enable
environment for their mental & physical development.
